Viewing Staff Progress



To view a comprehensive report of staff progress, you can use the Progress Manager or Chapter Completions tool. They can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of your home page.
You can sort users into different categories by clicking on the header of the category you wish to sort by

Progress Manager 

Progress Manager displays all users within your hospital group and an overall summary of their progress.
       

To view the progress of an individual user click on their Logon ID.

Training Filter

The training filter is located at the top page, it allows you to sort users based on the training they have completed and within a specified time frame.
                   

Step 1

Training can be filtered by selecting a single chapter (e.g Intrapartum Cardiotocography) or entire module (e.g Any - Fetal Monitoring) from the drop down menu. You can also specify the time frame over which to view progress.
You may only view training progress up to a maximum of 24 months.

Step 2

The smiley filter assigns users with a  or  depending on whether or not the user has met the filter criteria selected (e.g training duration, chapters and time frame) 
You can change the defualt filter setting by selecting a single chapter or an entire module and specific time frame over which to view the user's progress and clicking Save Filter. Please note, the default filter is set to users who have completed 150 minutes of training (across any chapters) and within the time frame of the last 6 months. Duration of training should be written in minutes (not hours).

Chapter Completions

Chapter Completions displays all the users within the hospital group and a summary of the chapters and the dates completed.



Chapter Completions Filter

The Chapter Completions Filter is located at the top of the page, it allows you to sort users based on the chapters they have completed in either the Fetal Monitoring Module or Maternity Crisis Module within a specified time frame.

Step 1

Chapters can be filtered be selectiing either Fetal Monitoring or Maternity Crisis Modules. Kindly note, you are unable to select individula chapters.

Step 2

Select the time frame over which you want to view that the chapters have been completed by.
Kindly note, you are unable to change the default setting for this filter.


Time To Complete Modules

Completing all Fetal Monitoring Modules (Fetal Physiology, Cord Blood Gas Analysis, CTG) equates to 11 hours and 35 minutes. Or 695 minutes of training.
CTG Simulator Cases are each awarded 30 minutes in training mode and 30 minutes in assessment mode.
Completing all Maternity Crisis Modules equate to 8 hours and 20 minutes or 500 minutes of training.

Exporting or Printing Reports

Saving

Progress Manager data can be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking on the Save button. This will download your hospital group progress as .csv file that can be opened and manipulated in Microsoft Excel.

Printing

Training Progress can also be printed by clicking on the Print button. Please ensure it is printed in Portrait format.
